Concept Stage

  1. Preparation of preliminary designs for discussions and approvals.
  2. Preparation of drawings and calculations for approval of local authority if required.
  3. Liaise with clients, architect,s and consulting engineers during the schematic and design development stage
  4. To collect all the drawings with detailed specification from the architect and other consultants involved & review them to comment/suggest any changes if required
  5. Preparation of complete details of RCC frameworks, basement, retaining structures, sump, foundations, staircases, Truss works, and any structural steelworks forming an integral part of the structure or elevation features.

Pre - Construction Stage

  1. Prepare Complete Bill of Quantities
  2. Preparation of the overall project cost estimate after collecting all the required drawings from the architect and Consultants (Structure, MEP, AC, Lighting, Fire- fighting, & Interior).
  3. Prepare a preliminary overall programmed schedule for work as well as for financial requirements
  4. Assist client in the selection of finishing materials.
  5. Review with architects for the preparation of the overall project estimate.

Tendering Phase

  1. Assist architects and consulting engineers in the preparation of Contract documents consisting of general and special conditions of contract and bill of quantities.
  2. Follow up with architects and consultants for preparation of tenders and complete tendering procedure with timelines.
  3. Ensure the completeness of Contract documents
  4. Preparation of Comparative statement
  5. Assist client/architects in the finalization of contracts and award of work and exchange of contract documents.

Construction Phase

  1. Contract Construction Time Management
